    Learning Center FAQs

Can I really fix a flat tire or dead battery myself?
Often yes. A spare swap on level ground and a straightforward jump start are both DIY-friendly if you have the tools and a safe place to work. Our videos show the exact sequence we use. When you are on a highway shoulder, the lug nuts are seized, or the battery is under a seat or in the trunk, call us instead — a mobile tire change starts at $75 and a jump start runs $60–$75.
Are these videos filmed on real service calls?
Yes. Every episode is recorded on an actual job in Dallas–Fort Worth or Austin, with the customer's permission. No studio setups and no stock footage — you see the real vehicle, the real damage, and the real tools our technicians carry.
How often do new episodes go up?
We publish new episodes as we film them, aiming for a few each month across tires, batteries, lockouts, and wheel work. Subscribing on YouTube is the fastest way to catch them, and shorter clips from the same jobs go up on Instagram.
What if I watch the video and still cannot get it done?
Call (214) 785-2102 in DFW or (512) 777-3218 in Austin. We are a private roadside company open 24/7 with no membership required, and typical arrival is 25–45 minutes. There is a $19 dispatch fee and the service price is quoted before we roll.
Do you cover vehicles other than cars?
Yes. We service trucks, SUVs, vans, EVs, and commercial vehicles including semis and box trucks. Some episodes are commercial-specific, such as boosting a 24-volt diesel system.
