IMPORTANT NOTICE
By contacting, booking, or using any service from All Hours Roadside ("AHR"), you automatically agree to all terms listed on this page. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1Independent Contractor Status
All technicians dispatched through AHR are independent 1099 contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of AHR.
- •AHR operates solely as a dispatch and referral service, connecting customers with available roadside service providers.
- •Each technician is responsible for their own actions, equipment, insurance, and compliance with local/state laws.
2Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
All cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee due to the nature of our mobile service and the travel required to reach the customer.
- •All used products, installed parts, and completed repairs are non-refundable.
- •Any concerns regarding service quality, damages, or billing issues must be reported within 30 days of the service date.
- •After 30 days, All Hours Roadside is not responsible for disputes, adjustments, or claims related to services rendered.
4Customer Responsibility
You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information about your location, vehicle, and service needs.
- •Inspect all work performed and immediately discuss any issues with the technician before they leave.
- •Resolve service-related disputes directly with the independent contractor.
5Technician Responsibility
All independent contractors agree to:
- •Maintain required licenses, permits, and insurance to perform roadside assistance in their service area.
- •Perform services in a professional, safe, and lawful manner.
- •Assume full responsibility for their work, including damages, losses, or injuries caused during service.
6No Warranty or Guarantee
AHR does not provide any warranty or guarantee on services performed by technicians. Any warranty or guarantee is between you and the contractor directly.
7Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AHR, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from services performed by a dispatched technician.
8Payment
Payments collected by AHR are processed on behalf of the independent contractor. Payment does not create an employment or agency relationship between the contractor and AHR.
9Changes to Terms
AHR reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website, phone line, or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
