    More The Loop Roadside Questions

Do you carry every battery group size in your van for The Loop calls?

Our The Loop mobile units stock the most common Group 24, 35, 47/H5, 48/H6, 49/H8, 65, 94R/H7, and 121R/AGM batteries. If your vehicle requires a less common size (heavy-duty truck, exotic), we'll quote you the part on-site and source it from the nearest open supplier — most calls are completed in one visit.

Will my The Loop parking situation cost extra?

No. Whether you're parked in an alley, a permit-only zone, an underground garage, or street-side on a snow route, the dispatched flat-rate is the same. We do not charge access surcharges, garage clearance fees, or after-hours premiums in The Loop.

Can you handle EV jump starts or 12V battery swaps in The Loop?

Yes. We jump-start the auxiliary 12V battery on Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X, Bolt EV/EUV, Mach-E, Ioniq 5, EV6, Lightning, and most plug-in hybrids. We do not service the high-voltage traction battery — that's a dealer/service-center repair. For dead 12V on an EV in The Loop, expect $60–$75 jump or $249–$289 for full 12V replacement.

What payment methods do The Loop technicians accept?

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), tap-to-pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. Payment is collected on-site after service is completed — no deposits, no pre-authorizations. You receive an itemized receipt by text or email immediately.

Do you guarantee the work performed in The Loop?

Yes. Lockouts and jump starts are covered by a 30-day callback guarantee — if the same issue recurs from our work, we return at no charge. Battery replacements include the manufacturer's 24-month free-replacement warranty (Interstate, ACDelco, DieHard depending on stock). Tire installs are covered against installation defects for 90 days.
